AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF CHARTER ORDINANCE 8 OF THE CITY OF BUCKLIN, BUCKLIN, KANSAS, RELATED TO THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BUCKLIN:

SECTION 1: AMENDMENT.

Section 2 of Charter Ordinance No. 8 is hereby repealed and replaced with the following:

       Section 2. The following is hereby substituted for the provisions of K.S.A. § 41-712, as amended: No person shall sell at retail any alcoholic liquor: (1) on Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day; or (2) before 6:00 a.m. or after 12:00 midnight Monday through Saturday; or (3) before 1:00 pm or after 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.
